Research assistant positions in machine learning for natural language processing are available in my group. Current and prospective Ph.D. students at UT Dallas with the following qualifications will be considered:

• interest in natural language learning and understanding;
• experience in system design and implementation;
• proficiency in C/C++ in the Linux environment;
• familiarity with Java or Perl.
